About ICO

Infrastructure for transparent token offerings before public trading.

Why we're building it

Early token sales are often opaque: unclear caps, hidden team allocations, no refund if things fall short. People back projects on hype rather than terms.

ICO's aim is that every offering states its rules before it opens — minimum raise, hard cap, token split, vesting and what happens on failure — and that those rules are eventually enforced by an audited program rather than by trust.

Principles

  • Terms before hype: every number visible up front.
  • Refunds when a raise falls short (planned; requires the on-chain program).
  • No custody by ICO, no keys, no seed phrases.
  • No overclaiming: we label what is live, prototype or planned.

Where we are

Accounts, profiles, drafts and reports are live. Contributions, claims, refunds and token launches are not. All offerings shown are fictional samples. Follow along in the Changelog or read the Docs.
