1. The service

ICO is a prototype platform for viewing and designing token offerings. It does not currently accept, hold or transfer funds or tokens. Offerings shown are fictional samples unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Listing guidelines.

3. No advice

Nothing on ICO is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Offering information is supplied by creators and is not verified by ICO.

4. Creators

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their offerings and for complying with laws that apply to them. Creators must follow the Listing guidelines.

5. Risk

Taking part in token offerings is high risk. Read the Risk disclosure.

6. Prohibited use

  • Impersonation, fraud or misleading listings.
  • Malicious links, malware or phishing.
  • Attempting to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

7. Changes and availability

The prototype may change, break or be withdrawn at any time. We will update these terms before any real offering opens.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the prototype is provided "as is" without warranties. Final liability terms are pending legal review.
