About

Keel offers lending at a fixed rate for a fixed term. The token receives a share of loan fees under published rules.

Launch allocation

If this offering succeeds, 40% of the SOL raised is used for the initial Pump.fun purchase when the coin is created. You receive a share of the tokens actually bought, equal to your share of the eligible launch SOL, after disclosed fees and rounding down. There is no fixed token price and no tokens exist before the Pump.fun coin. The final amount is known only after that purchase.

Creator's declared plan
  • Sold in this offeringClaimable at launch20%
  • Launch reserveUse depends on the verified Pump.fun design15%
  • Team12-month cliff, then 36 months linear20%
  • Treasury45%

A standard Pump.fun coin starts with its whole supply on the bonding curve, so this split is the creator's stated plan, not tokens set aside in advance. Execution is test-only and not available.

Public launch: Pump.fun

Planned / execution disabled

If this offering succeeds, the project's public market is intended to open on Pump.fun. From that point Pump.fun's own bonding curve, pricing, fees and trading rules apply. Graduation to PumpSwap happens automatically at Pump.fun's protocol threshold.

ICO runs the offering before public trading. It does not control trading after launch, cannot set a private Pump.fun price, and the Pump.fun integration has not been built or verified end to end.

Pump.fun is a third-party token launch and trading protocol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with ICO. How the launch works

What happens after close?

Minimum reached
  1. 1The offering closes and is finalized. Any excess SOL is returned.
  2. 2The project proceeds to a public launch on Pump.fun using its finalized name, ticker and metadata.
  3. 3Pump.fun's bonding curve and public trading take over. ICO does not control trading.
  4. 4The agreed launch SOL makes the initial Pump.fun purchase. You can then claim your proportional share of the tokens bought (test-only, not live).
Minimum not reached
  1. 1The offering is marked as refunding.
  2. 2No token is launched and the creator receives nothing.

Risks

  • Tokens are not shares, equity or a claim on any company. Holding one gives you no ownership.
  • The coin may trade below what the launch purchase paid, or not trade at all. You can lose everything you put in.
  • The project, its team and its links are not verified by ICO. Do your own research.
  • These rules are shown as terms. Until the ICO smart contract is live and audited, nothing here is enforced on-chain.
