Public launch on Pump.fun
ICO is a pre-launch offering layer. For V1, the intended public launch destination for every successful offering is Pump.fun. Raise before the Pump.fun launch; then Pump.fun's public market takes over.
Pump.fun integration status: planned
Three layers, three owners
ICO offering ICO — planned
Offering terms, commitments, escrow, success/failure finalization, refunds and participant allocation settlement.
Pump.fun coin creation and trading Pump.fun protocol
Creating the coin and public trading on Pump.fun's bonding curve. Pump.fun's own rules, pricing and fees apply. ICO cannot change them.
PumpSwap graduation Pump.fun protocol — automatic
When a coin reaches Pump.fun's protocol threshold it graduates to PumpSwap. This is handled by Pump.fun, not ICO.
The intended flow
- The creator configures an ICO offering.
- Participants commit under the offering terms.
- If the minimum raise isn't met, the offering fails and eligible contributions are refundable under its rules.
- If it succeeds, the offering closes and is finalized.
- The project proceeds to a Pump.fun public launch using its finalized name, ticker, metadata and supported launch settings.
- The agreed launch SOL makes the initial Pump.fun purchase in the same transaction that creates the coin. Participants then claim a proportional share of the tokens actually bought (first-buyer model — tested on a local copy of devnet only, not live).
- After creation, Pump.fun's bonding curve and public trading apply. Graduation to PumpSwap happens automatically at Pump.fun's threshold.
What ICO cannot do
- Change Pump.fun's bonding-curve rules or fees.
- Reserve a private Pump.fun price for participants.
- Insert presale allocations into Pump.fun's curve.
- Control trading after launch.
Launch settings collected today
The launch builder collects only defensible metadata: name, ticker, description, coin image, social links and the pair asset (SOL for V1). Some of these may be impossible to change once a Pump.fun coin is created. Supported pairs and settings will be checked at launch time rather than assumed.
Pump.fun is a third-party token launch and trading protocol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with ICO.
