What is ICO?
Current prototype
ICO lets a Solana project raise SOL through a time-limited token offering before its token trades anywhere. Every offering publishes its terms up front: how much it needs, the most it will accept, how tokens are split and what happens if it falls short.
The goal is simple: if you are going to back a project early, you should be able to read the rules before you commit, and get your SOL back if the raise does not succeed.
Current status
Accounts, profiles, drafts and reports are live. Contributions, claims, refunds and token launches are not enabled yet.
What you can do today
- Browse published offerings and read their full terms.
- Create an account, set up a public creator profile.
- Build an offering draft in the launch builder; it saves to your account.
- Report offerings or profiles that look deceptive.
What is not possible yet
- Contributing SOL, claiming tokens or receiving refunds.
- Publishing a real offering.
- Launching a token to a trading venue.
