Offering rules

Each offering stores a set of rules shown in its Rules section:

• Minimum raise and hard cap (SOL).
• Maximum contribution per account.
• Start and end time.
• Allocation method: first come, first served or pro-rata.
• Access: open to all accounts, or allowlist only.
• Participant vesting and cliff (optional).
• Token split: offering, liquidity, team and any other buckets.
• Team vesting and cliff.
• Refund rule if the minimum raise is not reached.
