Vesting and cliffs

A cliff is a period during which no tokens unlock. Vesting is the period over which tokens unlock gradually after the cliff.

Example: a 6-month cliff and 18-month vesting means nothing unlocks for six months, then tokens unlock steadily over the next 18.

Offerings can set vesting for the team allocation and, optionally, for participants. Today this is metadata; enforcement is planned.
